Friendly staff who were super helpful and attentive, they really made me feel at home. The room had a cool flatscreen TV 📺.

I did not have a comefortabe chair in my room...no good area to sit and relax and read.

There is a wide range of decent food for breakfast. The rooms are absolutely perfect and exceptionally good here with couples with kids, the bedroom plus a flatscreen TV.

The hotel was a moderized hotel that had a comfortable at home feeling. I traveled as a single woman with heavy luggage. They worked to get me a first floor room (there is no elevator). Airport pickup was very efficient (I left at 5:00 a.m.)

The heating system in the room was faulty. It took 4 hours to be warm.

It was close to the airport with an active shuttle and parking; wake up call and friendly staff.

This place offers units with a flatscreen TV and a convenient location close to outlets, Bradley International Airport, and Hartford.

Everything!!!! The beds were the most comfy. Pillow top mattresses to die for. I thought they were memory foam. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. Continential breakfast was ready before 4 am. For the people with early flights. Also picked us up immediately when we called to return to pick up our car after our trip! No waithing. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We were thankful to have a complimentary breakfast each morning, and coffee available at all times.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport and shopping outlet. the staff were very helpful and attentive, making our trip enjoyable. - We've stayed here before and plan on staying here again on our next trip.

Great location to use Bradley Airport..

When the receptionist heard I was flying to Florida to graduate from college for the first time, she bumped me and my friend up to a two bedroom suite for no extra charge. It was truly a nice surprise, plus for a small charge we could leave the car in the parking lot while we were away.

The staff at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Windsor in Windsor Locks were very friendly and extremely welcoming. The location was comfortable, with Calvary Baptist Church located nearby. The area was peaceful and convenient, especially when arriving at 2 am from Chicago due to snow, and being near Hartford airport and the train station.

I liked price of room & car park while flying.

1. Building not secure (anyone can enter side doors no key) 2. Not clean, could see visible fingerprints on doors, remote, bathroom 3. Continental Breakfast a joke. It was in lobby, disordered. No coffee maker in room, I can't function 'til I get my cafeine fix. Had to get dressed, brush hair & teeth, makeup etc. to go to lobby 4. Airport shuttle was LATE making a longer wait at airport. 5. Will NEVER stay there again. Going back to hotel I've used for 5 yrs.

I wish it had an office or computer for guests to use
